Please read these terms carefully before using WorkflowHub
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WorkflowHub (the "App"), developed and owned by Taveras Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Important Disclaimer
WorkflowHub is an unofficial third-party mobile client for n8n.
This app is:
- • NOT the official n8n app
- • NOT affiliated with n8n.io or n8n GmbH
- • NOT endorsed or sponsored by n8n.io or n8n GmbH
- • Independently developed by Taveras Solutions LLC
The name "n8n" is used only to describe compatibility with the n8n platform, similar to how third-party clients reference platforms like "Twitter client" or "GitHub client."
License and Usage
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WorkflowHub for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
WorkflowHub is provided "as-is" for use with your own n8n instance.
User Requirements
To use WorkflowHub, you must:
- Have an active n8n instance (self-hosted or cloud)
- Have a valid n8n API key
- Be authorized to access the n8n instance you connect to
- Comply with n8n's terms of service
- Be at least 13 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TAVERAS SOLUTIONS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- • Warranties of merchantability
- • Fitness for a particular purpose
- • Non-infringement
- • Reliability or availability
- • Error-free operation
YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAVERAS SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
- • Loss of data or workflows
- • Business interruption or loss of profits
- • Damage to your n8n instance
- • Unauthorized access to your credentials
- • Any other damages arising from use or inability to use the app
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Services
Your n8n Instance
WorkflowHub connects to your n8n instance. You are solely responsible for:
- • Your n8n instance and its configuration
- • Security of your instance and API credentials
- • All workflows you create or execute
- • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- • Backing up your n8n data
n8n Platform
n8n is a separate platform operated by n8n GmbH. Your use of n8n is subject to their terms of service. Visit n8n.io for more information.
Data and Privacy
No Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- • Securing your API credentials
- • Managing access to your device
- • All activities under your n8n account
- • Protecting your data
Direct Connection
WorkflowHub connects directly from your device to your n8n instance. There are no intermediary servers.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Keep your API credentials secure
Not share your account with unauthorized users
Comply with all applicable laws
Not use the app for illegal purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
Not use the app to harm others
Intellectual Property

WorkflowHub, its design, and functionality are owned by Taveras Solutions LLC and protected by copyright laws.
n8n Trademark
"n8n" is a trademark of n8n GmbH. We use it only to describe compatibility.
Your Content
You retain all rights to your workflows and data in your n8n instance.
Termination
We reserve the right to:
- • Discontinue the app at any time
- • Refuse service to anyone
- • Modify or remove features
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taveras Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- • Your use of the app
- • Your violation of these terms
- • Your violation of any laws or regulations
- • Your workflows or n8n usage
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taveras Solutions LLC regarding the use of WorkflowHub.
