How to Connect

Get your n8n instance URL

  • • If using n8n.cloud: https://yourname.n8n.cloud
  • • If self-hosted: Your domain or IP address

Create an API Key

  1. 1. Open your n8n instance in a browser
  2. 2. Go to Settings → API
  3. 3. Click Create API Key
  4. 4. Give it a name (e.g., "WorkflowHub Mobile")
  5. 5. Copy the key

Connect in WorkflowHub

  1. 1. Open WorkflowHub app
  2. 2. Enter your instance URL
  3. 3. Paste your API key
  4. 4. Tap Connect

Is this the official n8n app?

No. WorkflowHub is an independent third-party client developed by Taveras Solutions LLC. It is not created, endorsed, or affiliated with n8n.io or n8n GmbH.

Do I need my own n8n instance?

Yes. WorkflowHub connects to your existing n8n instance. You can:

  • • Use n8n.cloud (free trial available)
  • • Self-host n8n on your own server
  • • Use a managed n8n hosting provider
What is n8n?

n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that allows you to connect various services and automate tasks. Visit n8n.io to learn more.

Is my data safe?

Yes. WorkflowHub:

  • • Stores credentials securely using iOS Keychain
  • • Connects directly to your n8n instance
  • • Does not collect or store any of your data
  • • Does not use intermediary servers
Can I use multiple n8n instances?

Yes! WorkflowHub supports connecting to multiple n8n instances and switching between them.

Where is my data stored?

All your data stays on:

  • • Your iOS device (credentials stored in Keychain)
  • • Your n8n instance (workflows and executions)

We do not have access to your data.

Troubleshooting

Cannot connect to instance

  • • Verify your instance URL is correct
  • • Ensure your instance is running and accessible
  • • Check your API key is valid and not expired
  • • Verify you have internet connection

Workflows not showing

  • • Check if your instance has workflows
  • • Verify API key has proper permissions
  • • Try pulling down to refresh the list

Notifications not working

  • • Enable notifications in iOS Settings
  • • Allow notifications in WorkflowHub settings
  • • Check notification preferences in the app
