INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Short Answer: We don't collect anything.
WorkflowHub is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your personal information or data.
What Data Stays on Your Device:
- Your n8n instance URL
- Your n8n API key
- App preferences and settings
- Cached workflow data
All this information is stored locally on your device using secure iOS Keychain and local storage. It never leaves your device except when communicating directly with your n8n instance.
HOW YOUR DATA IS USED
Direct Connection:
WorkflowHub connects directly from your device to your n8n instance. There are no intermediary servers, proxies, or third-party services involved in this communication.
Credentials Storage:
Your n8n credentials (instance URL and API key) are stored securely on your device using:

Local Storage: For non-sensitive app preferences
No Analytics or Tracking:
We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or data collection tools. Your usage of WorkflowHub is completely private.
DATA SHARING
We do not share any data because we don't collect any data.
The only data transmission that occurs is:
- Between your device and your own n8n instance
- Using the API credentials you provide
- Over encrypted HTTPS connections
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
WorkflowHub does not integrate with any third-party services for analytics, advertising, or data collection.
The app connects solely to:
- Your n8n instance (controlled and owned by you)
- Apple's servers (for App Store updates only)
YOUR RIGHTS
Since we don't collect any data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete from our servers. However, you have full control over:
- All data stored on your device (can be deleted by removing the app)
- Your n8n credentials (can be removed via app settings)
- App preferences (can be reset in settings)
SECURITY
We take security seriously:
- All credentials are stored using iOS Keychain
- All communications use HTTPS encryption
- No data is transmitted to third parties
- No cloud storage or backups of your credentials
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
WorkflowHub is a business/productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Notifying within the app (for significant changes)
